This policy applies to purchases made on GetPicTools (getpictools.com) for usage packs and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your order.
Digital products
All paid products are delivered digitally: usage credits are added to your account immediately after payment, and subscriptions unlock web tool access for the purchased period. Because delivery is instant, we generally cannot refund orders where the product has already been used in full.
Usage packs
If you bought a one-time usage pack by mistake or cannot use the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order email and account username. We may offer a full or partial refund if:
- None or only a small portion of the purchased uses were consumed
- The issue was caused by a verified technical failure on our side
Refunds are not available for packs that have been substantially used.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically for the term you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us.
- Cancel anytime: cancellation stops the next billing cycle; your access remains until the end of the current paid period.
- No partial refunds: we do not refund unused days in the current billing period except where required by law or at our discretion for service outages.
- Annual plan: if you cancel early, API unlimited access and subscription benefits continue until the expiry date already paid for; we do not prorate refunds by default.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your GetPicTools username
- The email used at checkout
- Order date and product (usage pack or subscription plan)
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may be suspended without refund.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
