Is GetPicTools free to use?

Each visitor gets 15 free uses across all tools. After that, register and purchase a usage pack or subscription.

Do you store my images on your servers?

No. Compression and small conversions run in your browser. Large files may use our server briefly but are discarded immediately after processing.

What image formats are supported?

JPEG, PNG, and WebP are supported for compression, conversion, resize, and watermark operations.

Can I process multiple images at once?

Yes. Upload up to 50 images per batch and download all results as a ZIP file.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You get 15 free uses without any account. Register only when you need more.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through Paddle, which accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I get a refund?

Usage packs and subscriptions may be eligible for refund within 14 days if minimally used. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly, quarterly, or annually. Cancel anytime through your Paddle customer portal.

What is the maximum file size?

Browser-based processing handles images up to ~25MB. Larger files may be limited by your device memory.

What are the Amazon preset dimensions?

The Amazon preset resizes images to 2000×2000 pixels with a white background, meeting Amazon's main image requirements.

Is there an API available?

Yes. Register for an API key to use compress, convert, resize, and strip-exif endpoints programmatically.

Which browsers are supported?

GetPicTools works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
