GetPicTools content pages previously optimized for bilingual drafts. That left Japanese readers falling back to another language on article bodies even when the product UI was already localized.
The publishing pipeline now parses and indexes en, zh, and ja blocks for both News and Blog. An article appears in the public list only when each language version has enough practical detail to complete a real image task — not just a translated title.
Existing guides are being completed to the same standard. If you open an article from the Japanese UI, you should land on a Japanese body that matches the English and Chinese instructions.
