I built this website from scratch by myself. My name is Shen, an independent developer.
Why did I do GetPicTools? It’s simple to say: When I was helping a friend with e-commerce, I found that every time I dealt with product images, it was a nightmare. Amazon requires pure white background 2000×2000, Shopify requires WebP format, and eBay has its own size rules. Each picture has to be exported several times, the file names are messy, and sometimes I forget to remove the GPS information in the EXIF.
Then I thought, why not automate these repetitive things? Hence GetPicTools.
I use all the tools on this site myself. Compression, format conversion, resizing, watermarking, EXIF removal - every function is what I need in actual work, not just imagined out of thin air. I try to keep the tool as simple as possible: no registration required, no software download required, just work in the browser. Small files do not go through the server at all, and large files are deleted immediately after processing.
I currently maintain this site alone. If you find a bug, have feature suggestions, or just want to chat, the email is sapsap@qq.com. I usually reply within a day.
When writing these contents, I used AI to help draft them, but I revised each article myself - deleting clichés, adding my own experience, and checking every technical detail. If you find something wrong, tell me and I will correct it.
